Which projects work on Zig 0.13?

Each verdict comes from minimum_zig_version in the repository’s build.zig.zon. That is a floor: it only says the library does not demand a newer Zig than yours. It is not a build test. Zig is pre-1.0 and breaking changes between versions are normal, so a library declaring 0.14 can still fail on 0.13. Anything actually compiled in CI carries the “CI build passed” badge, and that check is not live yet.
